Although the residential real estate brokerage business has been my life’s work, my ultimate purpose is to serve people as the good Lord leads.

Professionally, I am focused and gifted in four primary areas:

• Identifying market trends;
• Providing sophisticated property value analysis;
• Creating innovative and effective marketing campaigns; and
• Strategic and client-centric contract negotiation.

My Clients.
My clients include buyers and sellers of residential real estate in every conceivable price range.

How I work.
I work on an hourly or commission basis, depending on the engagement.

Where I work.
The greater Puget Sound region is my territory. My office building is in Old Bellevue.

From My perspective…
I’m best known for my creative marketing strategies and property valuation/analysis work, but I’m most appreciated for my skills related to contract negotiations on behalf of my clients.

I’m Very Experienced.
I live and love residential real estate! From founding (and subsequently selling) a successful 300+ agent/staff residential brokerage firm in Bellevue to founding the Seattle Street of Dreams home tour, I have been involved in over $1B in closed residential transactions.
